If I could give Jubitz Truck Stop in Portland zero stars, I would. This was easily one of the worst truck stop experiences I have ever had, and unfortunately, there were multiple issues that made the entire visit frustrating from beginning to end. For a truck stop that is supposed to serve professional drivers and travelers, I expected a basic level of cleanliness, customer service, organization, and respect. Instead, my experience was extremely disappointing. The overall atmosphere felt poorly managed, and it seemed like customer satisfaction was nowhere near the top of the priority list. The biggest problem was the customer service. Employees were not as helpful or welcoming as you would expect, and getting assistance felt like more of a hassle than it should have been. When you are a truck driver spending time and money at a truck stop, you should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. The facility itself also left a lot to be desired. For a location that handles a large number of drivers every day, I expected things to be cleaner, better maintained, and more organized. I’ve stayed at a lot of truck stops because of work mainly Pilots & Loves ,but lately they have all been getting tight on letting Van drivers get some rest in the parking g lots . I came to Portland to drop off a load and unfortunately it’s been slow getting out of the state so I’ve been parked here for 2 days . Let me tell you that after first night I started thinking to myself they might fuss about me being here but it’s the opposite. The staff here is very nice polite not one single bad vibe from them this has become my new favorite truck stop don’t think I’ll stay at any other as long as there is a Jubitz nearby . They also have 24 hr security and everyone of them has acted extremely respectful #1 truck stop in the world !!!!

Open 24hrs mini mart so if you work graveyard great place to stop and grab some food. They have a deli and cookie and fudge store. I personally love the deli hot fresh food made right in front of you. Staff is very positive and helpful. They kinda have everything their you need.

Very clean and organized. Nice workers. Huge selection of places to eat at. A barber shop. A theater. Security drives around to keep the property and the drivers safe. Every single store I went to was clean and the workers were extremely polite. You gotta go eat at the Jake Break Diner. Hot delicious food. Crystal cooks amazing there. The fuel deal you can get a shower or a huge jacuzzi bath 🛁. It was so relaxing 😎. This truck stop has everything you need in one place

Who am I to talk smack about the legendary Jubitz? Yet, here I am. But good grief, idk who striped the lot, but it sure wasn’t a trucker. Every single spot is a blind sider 🤦‍♂️ every row is backwards. Then I tried to get fancy and just buy a reserved spot, and they can’t sell you one inside. You’ve gotta do it through a third party app ParkMobile by Arrive. I couldn’t seem to figure it out and neither could the fuel desk lady. Jubitz didn’t exist in the map or menu. I just gave up and found a free spot. I just hope I don’t get woken up by another truck ripping my hood off during the night. And do NOT try to eat in the Ponderosa carrying any food or drink takeout from the main building, because they won’t serve you citing state alcohol laws. And I was sooo looking forward to being back after 20+ years. 🙄 I loved the upstairs vip lounge called the “Top of the Stop”, but that’s gone now. I’ll just go to sleep and forget about all today’s drama. Edit : got an email later from the parking app, I guess the fuel desk lady was successful in helping me book a reserved parking spot. In a parking garage. In Vancouver. 😳 wow
